Flue Liner
The flexible chimney lining system, suitable for all fuels. Fast and efficient method of lining a chimney. Engineered to the highest specification of 316 stainless steel.
Both inner and outer layers are locked together with a smooth inner skin, allowing flue gases to pass up the flue freely.
Tested to operate safely at normal working temperatures of 500°C and can withstand thermal shock of 1000°C. C.S.T.B. Approved

Class 2 flex is a stainless steel flexible liner which, when installed into a masonry chimney produces a continuous and unbroken flue from the appliance to the flue outlet.
This prevents flue gases escaping through disintregrating brickwork and provides the optimum flue diameter for the appliance.
It is suitable for use on gas fired appliances which have a natural draught and flue gas temperature of up to 250°c, and oil appliances with the same maximum flue gas temperature including 28 second oil.
The Isokern DM System is a quality chimney system used throughout Europe. The double wall system maintains flue gas temperatures while preventing heat transference to the outer casing. The separation of the inner & outer components also allows for thermal movement, reducing the risk of cracking and subsequent leaking or staining. This system is available in 3 outer casing sizes DM36, DM44 and DM54
The use of Isokern flue liners and Leca insulation gives you vastly improved draught, better fuel economy and a flue that is going to last at least 60 years under normal conditions. Isokern flue liners are suitable for Gas, Oil, Coal, Wood and Straw in fact any fuel domestic or industrial use.
The Schiedel Isokern firechest complements the Schiedel chimney systems which are designed to create a complete system, avoiding many of the variable factors that lead to draught problems and smoky fireplaces.
The Schiedel Isokern firechest range is cast using lightweight, highly insulating pumice. The components interlock like pieces of a three dimensional jigsaw to form a sturdy, robust fireplace recess and gather. The joints are sealed using lip glue jointing compound. Starting from a suitable foundation and constructional hearth, assembly of the complete firechest and gather could take less than one hour.
